I often wonder why I continue to pursue completion of Rebirth.
It has not earned me any amount of artistic fame as I thought it would, and though I am thankful for the lessons I have learned in tumblr, few friends who inspired me to even begin the project in the first place remain.
On top of that, it is hard to justify the validity of ones work when it is merely a non-canonical "add-on" for a series that is hard to both follow up and emulate in terms of artwork.
I probably continue to make new artwork and pages because I am particularly comfortable in this niche "theme" I have created for myself that is easy to fill with simple pencil sket
